7-Bean Chili
Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. minced garlic
10 cups of
Arctic Gardens Mirepoix Blend
1/2 cup tomato paste
10 cups canned diced tomatoes with juice
3 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
11⁄2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4.4 lbs of
Arctic Gardens 7-Bean Salad
4 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
1. In a saucepan, heat oil, cook onion and garlic.
2. Add all ingredients except cilantro and simmer for 60 minutes.
3. Add fresh cilantro and adjust seasoning if necessary.
