Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup of Arctic Gardens Whole Kernel Corn
  • 2 ⅓ cups of black turtle beans, drained and rinsed
  • 12 green onions, chopped
  • 4 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 green peppers, finely chopped
  • Vinaigrette of your choice

This recipe can also be done with Arctic Gardens Whole Kernel Corn 1 x 20lbs and Arctic Gardens Supersweet Whole Kernel Corn 1 x 20lbs .

Preparation

  1. Steam corn for approximately 2 to 4 minutes or until it has reached desired texture. Let cool.
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl. Add enough salad dressing to cover well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  4. Correct seasoning. Serve as a side dish or appetizer on a bed of lettuce.
  5. Serve with corn chips if desired.
