Corn Salsa
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups
Arctic Gardens Super Sweet Corn
2 cups diced cucumber
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup diced red pepper
2 tbsp finely chopped jalapenos
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup canola oil
2 cups chopped green onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Cook for 5 min in combi oven at 212°Fhttps://arcticgardensfoodservice.com/en/products/arctic-gardens-supersweet-whole-kernel-corn// 100% humidity then cool.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
3. Set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the flavors develop before serving.
