Edamame & Avocado Dip
Ingredients
1 bag (4.4 lbs)
Arctic Gardens Shelled Edamame Beans
5 avocados
1/3 cup sour cream
5 limes, juice and zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Cook edamame according to package directions. Run under cold water to cool completely.
2. Place edamame and the other ingredients in a food processor.
3. Blend to desired consistency add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
Serving suggestion:
Serve on toast or crackers with smoked salmon, sriracha sauce and fresh cilantro.
