Ingredients

  • 1 bag (4,4 lbs) Arctic Gardens Prince Edward Medley
  • 20 pieces (about 4 oz each) of chicken breast, skinned and deboned
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 bundle of fresh herbs
  • 6 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 20 peppercorns

Preparation

  1. In a Dutch oven, place the chicken breasts,fresh herbsi, cloves of garlic and peppercorns.
  2. Add the chicken stock, bring to a boil, cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
  3. Add the Prince Edward Medley and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve the chicken on top of the vegetables and drizzle with the broth.
